In accordance with Article 4 of HCMC Decision 1/509/15-5-2009, we hereby notify that at the beginning of trading day, October 27, 2009, Goldman Sachs International held a net short position of 0.107% in shares in relation to the total share capital of Alpha Bank. This corresponded to 440342 shares issued by Alpha Bank.
