Press Release of the ATHEX Board of Directors
On its session on 23.08.2001, the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange approved the prospectus of the following listed company: NEXTNET S.A. regarding the company share capital increase due to the merger by acquisition of CITICOM S.A.

In accordance with the admitted prospectus:

NEXTNET S.A. proceeds to a share capital increase by issuing 4,427,500 new common registered shares of a par value of GRD 100 each, which will be exchanged for the 4,427,500 registered shares held by the shareholders of the acquired company CITICOM S.A.

VARIOUS ISSUES

On its session on 23.08.2001 the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange approved:

The conversion of 22,173,800 common bearer shares of CARDASSILARIS C & SONS ? CARDICO S.A. to an equal number of common registered shares.

The Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange was notified for:

The increase of the share par value of the share of the company FLOUR MILLS LOULIS from Euro 0.61 (GRD 210) to Euro 0.62 (GRD 211.265).
The increase of the par value of the share of VETERIN S.A. from Euro 0.73 (GRD 250) to Euro 0.74 (GRD 252.155).

The increase of the par value of the share of ATEMKE S.A. from Euro 0.2935 (GRD 100) to Euro 0.30 (GRD 102.225).
The increase of the par value of the share of GEKAT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY from Euro 0.2935 (GRD 100) to Euro 0.40 (GRD 136.30).
