INTRACOM S.A. : NAMAKO: exclusive dealer of VIASAT Telematics products
ÍÁÌÁÊÏ S.A., member of INTRACOM Group, undertook the exclusive trading of VIASAT telematics products.

This integrated telematics system provides its subscribers with a wide range of services. On a daily basis, it can operate as a communications system utilizing mobile telephony services. In case of emergency, the system operates, automatically or by choice, as a both driver and vehicle protection system and can immediately notify a 24-hour Call Center. Road and Medical Assistance as well as Physical protection by a Security Company constitute primary system services, provided promptly and accurately whenever subscribers need them. VIASAT is the only telematics system offering pan-European coverage.

VIASAT operates in Europe since 1998, being the best-selling system in the field with more than 350,000 subscribers.

NAMAKO S.A. will be participating in the 5th International Car Exhibition (at the former Athens International Airport in Elliniko, stands 63 & 64), taking place from November 8th to November 16th.

INTRACOM S.A. : New product for the Greek Ministry of Defence & new contract with the general army staff
On November 6th 2003, INTRACOM signed a contract with the Greek Ministry of Defence for the supply of digital voice, data, and fax - SECLINE a-PLUS type - digital encryption devices. The SECLINE a-PLUS encryption device constitutes a new INTRACOM product, which aims at covering the ever-increasing demands of the Greek Armed Forces for secure communications.

This device is an advanced version of the successful SECLINE PLUS encryption device, which is already in use by the Armed Forces offering better voice quality and extended capabilities of interconnection with a plethora of terminals. A great number of SECLINE PLUS devices are already utilized by the Greek Armed Forces, while, on November 6th, 2003, a new contract was signed with the Greek General Army Staff for the supply of an additional number of 103 SECLINE PLUS type encryption devices.

INTRACOM is the only Greek company that designs and develops encryption services, and currently produces the SECLINE product line, comprising of the SECLINE PLUS, SECLINE a-PLUS, SECLINE MED and SECLINE Mbit devices that cover a wide range of applications. The company has been active in the encryption area for more than ten years and has substantially invested in scientific personnel, specialized laboratories and equipment. As a result, INTRACOM encryption devices are considered to be among the most technologically advanced products of the field internationally. Recently, INTRACOM has installed and operates a TEMPEST-type laboratory of electromagnetic radiation measurements, compliant with NATO specifications, allowing for the certification of national encryption devices under NATO standards.

COSMOTE- MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A : Exclusive strategic partnership agreement with NTT DoCoMo, Inc., to launch i-mode.
NTT DoCoMo, Inc., Japan's leading mobile communications provider, and COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A., the leading mobile operator in Greece, announce today that they have formed an exclusive strategic partnership agreement under which DoCoMo is licensing COSMOTE to launch i-mode, the world's most popular mobile service, in Greece.

The two leading mobile operators have signed today an agreement, under which COSMOTE will offer its i-mode service over its 2.5G GPRS network and 3G UMTS network, with DoCoMo providing its know-how, technology and patents.

The service launch will be targeted to precede the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, for which COSMOTE is a Grand National Sponsor.

In addition, COSMOTE and DoCoMo will cooperate on the introduction of i-mode services in other markets where COSMOTE either maintains subsidiaries (AMC in Albania) or manages operations (Globul in Bulgaria, and COSMOFON in Macedonia).

The agreement with COSMOTE in Greece marks DoCoMo's eighth partnership for i-mode service. COSMOTE joins an international i-mode alliance that includes E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH & Co. KG (Germany), KPN Mobile N.V. (Netherlands), KG Telecom (Taiwan), BASE N.V./S.A (Belgium), Bouygues Telecom S.A. (France), Telefonica Moviles Espana (Spain), and Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA (Italy).

With the launch of i-mode services, COSMOTE customers will enjoy a totally new experience that includes:

i-mode, first launched in 1999 in Japan, is the world?s leading mobile internet service.

i-mode provides subscribers with access to rich content, e-mail, and applications entirely through their mobile handsets. Content providers and businesses can provide a wide variety of services via i-mode, an open platform based on de facto internet standards.

i-mode is used by more than 40 million subscribers in Japan today, about one third of the Japanese population. Launched in a number of markets throughout Europe and Asia since 2002, i-mode services outside of Japan now total more than one million subscribers.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES SA : Interim dividend of Euro 0.20 per share for the year 2003
The Board of Directors of the Company, following their decision of October 15th, 2003 for the distribution of an interim dividend for the year 2003, in their meeting dated November 5th, 2003 declared the amount of Euro 0.20 as the interim dividend per share.

The interim dividend will be paid at least twenty (20) days after the fulfillment of the publications and formalities provided for by Law 2190/1920. The ex-interim dividend date as well as the interim dividend payment commencement date will be determined with a subsequent decision of the Board of Directors.
