| Pursuant to Article 282 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Article 24 of Law 3461/2006, J&P-AVAX S.A. announces the purchase of 90,674 shares of Athena SA at Euro 1.67 / share, for a total consideration of Euro 151,425.58 on 16.08.2007. Following the transaction, J&P-AVAX S.A. controls 71.07% of Athena SA's share capital.

| METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. an associated legal person, bought, on August 16, 2007, 1.150 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 17.205,62. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.

| On 16.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 1,500,000 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 2.046 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 76.68 %. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 25.00 euros per share.

Aspis Bank, in order to ensure fuller disclosure to the investment community announces that the following additional information was inadvertently omitted from the published Condensed Financial Statements of 30/06/2007. This information relates to additional information and does not entail any amendment to any published financial accounts and information. Specifically:
1. The interim financial statements were authorized for issuance by Board of Directors on 1st August 2007.
2. NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
- Claims that have been made against the Bank and the Group are not expected to have any significant impact to its future results or operation (as disclosed in note 13.1 of the Financial Statements)
- The number of staff employed at 30/06/2006 was 944 for the Bank and 996 for the Group.
- The Group has issued on 3rd April 2007 through its subsidiary ASPIS JERSEY LTD a subordinated note of EUR 50,25 million and hybrid securities of EUR 40 million(details in notes 10 and 11 in the Financial Statements)
- Prior year taxes of EUR 5.588.000 were imposed by the tax authorities.(see details in note 7 in the financial statements)

| In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated July 25, 2007 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated July 31, 2007, and in accordance with article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, during the trading session of 17/8/2007, MIG acquired 1,919,545 own shares through INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A. at the average price of Euro 6.697 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to Euro 12,856,560.60.
