Frigoglass S.A announces, in accordance with the provisions of art. 4 par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, that by implementation of the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 5th of September 2008 and the resolution of the Board of Directors of 2nd October 2008, it purchased on 5th ïf August 2009 through NATIONAL P&K Securities 8,000 own shares with average purchase price of Euro 6,64 per share and total purchase price Euro 53,184.37
