(the Company) announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company and the Board of Directors' resolution (dated May 5, 2009) purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member Eurobank EFG Securities Investment Firm S.A., as follows:
On September 29, 2009 the Company purchased 3.000 shares, with average cost price euro 7,03 per share and total purchase price euro 21.098,50.
