(the Company) announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company and the Board of Directors' resolution (dated May 5, 2009) purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member Eurobank EFG Securities Investment Firm S.A., as follows:
On May 28, 2010 the Company purchased 100 shares, with average cost price € 4,00 per share and total purchase price € 400,00.
