Frigoglass S.A. announces according to Law 3556/2007 (article 3 and article 21) and to the Capital Committee Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11, that Mr Varvias Gerasimos, Nigeria and Consumer Appliances Executive Director of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, sold on 22/3/2011 2.000 shares of the company, of total value 22.491,00 Euros.
