NEW DATE FOR THE ANNUAL PRESENTATION OF THE RESULTS 2011 AT THE ASSOCIATION OF INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS

Gr. Sarantis S.A. as part of its obligations, to inform the investor community, and in accordance with the Articles 275 and 292, section 4 of the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, announces that the scheduled annual presentation for the 9^th of April to the analysts of the results 2011 has been rescheduled for the 18^th of April at 9:30.

This change was deemed necessary due to the fact that the 9^th of April coincides with the Easter Monday of Catholics, while it is also a suspended day for the Athens Stock Exchange where the annual presentation will be held this year.
