Frigoglass S.A. announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, article 11, that Mr Haralambos David, Chairman of Frigoglass BoD and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired on 10/8/2012 4,520 shares of total value 15.356,31 Euros.
