MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK informed the Company in writing on 04.08.2008 that on 25.07.2008 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK directly holds 4.943% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.038% before the transaction).
