In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union, "Sciens International Investments and Holding S.A." announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated February 05, 2008 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated March 5, 2008, and in accordance with article 16 of L. 2190/1920, during the period from 13.08.2008 to 19.08.2008 acquired in total 37.251 own shares through "EUROXX SECURITIES S.A." at the average purchase price of ? 0,87 per share and total value of the transaction of euro 32.344,76.
