METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. an associated legal person, bought, on September 30th, 2008 6.408 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 57,589.19. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.
