Proton Bank S.A. hereby announces that, as informed by a group of its shareholders including members of Management, an agreement was signed and 19,629,247 shares were transferred today to the Bank of Piraeus S.A., corresponding to 31.3147% of Proton's share capital.
The transfer was held by means of an exchange of 8.25 Proton shares to 1 Piraeus Bank share.
