Frigoglass S.A announces, in accordance with the provisions of art. 4 par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, that by implementation of the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 5th of September 2008 and the resolution of the Board of Directors of 2nd October 2008, it purchased on 19th ïf December 2008 through NATIONAL P&K Securities 8.300 own shares with average purchase price of Euro 3,68 per share and total purchase price Euro 30.561,86.
