EUROBANK PROPERTIES REIC (the Issuer) announces, in accordance with the provision of article 14 law 3556/2007, after relevant notification from the company LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. on July 23rd 2009, its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer has increased from 10,22% (relevant announcement 26/09/2007) to 13,22%.
The previous day preceding the transaction, the company LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. held 8.046.425 shares in total which corresponded to 13,19% of the Issuer's total voting rights.
