According to L.3556/2007 (art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, PASAL Development S.A. announces that AT LAND S.A., which is closely associated to Mr. Sotirios Theodoridis, Chairman of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on 12/1/2010, purchased 54.000 common shares, with a total net value of 70.740 euro.
