Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased on 13th September 2010, 5,000 common shares and on 14th September 2010, 4,700 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 73,923.00 and € 66,616.00 respectively.
