Purchase of own shares

In effect of the article 4, paragraph 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the European Commission, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that according to article 16, Law 2190/1920, and based on the resolution of the Shareholder's Ordinary General Meeting which took place on the 30/06/2010, during the trading session of 12/7/2012, acquired 31,076 own shares through "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." at a price of 1.77 euro per share worth of 55,004.52 euro.
