Piraeus Bank wishes to announce that it has decided to terminate forthwith the sale process for its subsidiary Piraeus BankEgypt. Piraeus Bank does not intend to solicit any purchase offers in the foreseeable future and will focus on providing full support to its banking operations in Egypt.
