TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to article 14 section  3 of Law 3556/2007, that it has been  notified by its shareholder Capital Research and Management Company that, on 8.8.2012,  the latter’s interest in the Company fell below 5% and represents 4.98% of the Company voting rights.
