On 16.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 1,500,000 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 2.046 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 76.68 %. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 25.00 euros per share.
